1. Acceptance. By creating an account or using Zohri ERP you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 2. Cloud service and accounts. Zohri ERP is provided as a cloud service with a mobile app. You must give accurate account and business details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Service availability and features are described as provided at [CONFIRM]. 3. Plans, AMC and GST. Plans are offered either as a subscription or as a one-time payment, together with an annual maintenance contract (AMC) where selected. Prices are shown exclusive of GST, which is charged extra as applicable. Plan prices and billing cycles: [CONFIRM].

You receive a limited right to use the service during your subscription. 8. Third parties. The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, messaging and analytics.
